1. EverMarker Routine 

1.1 Can I find EverMarker physical stores?

EverMarker only offers products online without physical stores.

1.2 Where can EverMarker ship?

We can ship almost over the world. But some of the Countries/Districts only could be delivered by Registered Airmail.

1.3 What currency are the items priced in?

All the items are priced in US dollars.


2. Products

Couple items -

2.1 Does the couple item come as a set?

Yes, our couple item is sold as a set.


Rings -

2.2 Are the rings in US/CA sizes? What size should I order?

The ring size is standard US/CA size. If you are not sure about your size, please refer to https://www.evermarker.com/pages/how-to-find-your-ring-size or may find a local store for help (it’s more accurate).

2.3 Why there is no size choice for some rings?

There may be 2 reasons:

  1. Only one size is available for the ring, the size is stated in the specification
  2. The ring is adjustable without fixed size.

 2.4 My ring size is not in the size list, can EverMarker do personalized size?

All the available sizes are listed on the product page. Unfortunately, we can not do personalized. But we have some adjustable rings, which may be adjusted to fit.

2.5 Where can I find the items for personalized?

2.6 How long can the inside/back personalized engraving be?

The personalized engraving is limited in 10  characters (including space).

2.7 What kind of characters can be engraved?

Only the below characters can be engraved

English alphabet

A-Z a-z

Arabic numerals


Roman numerals

Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ …

2.8 What size is the necklace/bracelet?

The size of necklace/bracelet is stated in the specification on the each product page. If you are not sure about the size, please email to service@evermarker.com for help.

2.9 I can’t find the product I saw several days ago. Where did it go?

The item may be sold out. If you keep the picture of the item, you may email to service@evermarker.com, we will help to find or offer more information.

If you love an item, you may add it to your Wish List and keep track of it. When the item is back on sale, you may add it to cart through your Wish List.

2.10 How can I find items for friends/family?

You may try to search the keywords or email to service@evermarker.com for help.

 2.11 Can I wear the items when taking shower or swimming?

We do not suggest wear our product s when contacting water or other liquids.


3.  Payment

3.1 What payment methods can I use?

Currently we accept payments via Paypal and Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Master Card, American express, JCB).

3.2 How do I use my coupons?

For every order, you may apply only one available coupon. Please apply it when checkout.


4. About ordering

4.1 How do I know if I have been charged for my order?

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us.

4.2 What is a pending order?

It means that the payment of the order has not been gone through. We only process order after the payment is received.

4.3 What is an unfulfillment order?

It means that the order is under processing and has not been shipped.

4.4 An order has been placed. Can I still change its shipping address?

You may change your shipping address by e-mailing service@evermarker.com with the order number and correct shipping address.  

Normally, if the order has not been shipped, it’s free to change the address; if it’s shipped, we will contact the shipping company and try to change, but can not guarantee and it may cost extra.

Please make sure that the order is placed with the correct shipping address at the first place.

4.5 An order has been placed. Can I change the item?

Unfortunately, we do not change item after the order placed.

4.6 An order has been placed. Can I cancel it?

You may contact our Customer Service to cancel your order. The non-personalized item can be canceled before shipping. The personalized item can not be canceled once it’s processed.


5.  Shipping 

5.1 How do I choose my shipping methods?

The shipping methods can be chosen when checkout.

5.2 When will I receive my order?

We will make every effort to ship to you as soon as possible once your order is placed & paid  successfully. Actual delivery time may vary due to items, shipping methods, and other factors beyond our control.

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Processing time

Non-personalized item: 1-4 business days

Personalized item: 4-7 business days

Made to order item: About 15 business days

Delays might occur during our peak season.

  • Shipping time

Expedited: 3-7 business days;

Free: 7-30 business days (For countries except US, Registered Airmail may take up to 45 business days to arrive due to local dispatch or other reasons).

5.3 Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses but expedited shipping is not available.

5.4 How do I track the shipping information of my order?

The tracking information will be sent to the email address on your order after it is shipped.

If you have an account, please check "My Orders". Each shipment has a link to its tracking information.

Please note that for Registered Airmail, their tracking systems sometimes are slow to update, and you may not see your order appear for a few days.

5.5 What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

Please contact our Customer Service via service@evermarker.com with the order number and picture of the parcel/item you received. We will work to resolve the problem immediately.


6. Returns

6.1 How to make a return & get refund?

If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you can return it to Evermarker for a refund. Please contact our Customer Service via service@evermarker.com to get the return address.

Please note that without email notification to customer service or if 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t process any refund.

To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:

-Non-personalized items

-Return request is made within 30 days of delivery date

-Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unworn, and in original packing

-You will pay for return shipping.

6.2 How long will I receive the refund?

If the order is paid via Paypal, it takes 2-3 business days for the money back into the account which you paid the order. If it’s paid via credit card, it takes 10-20 business days.


7. Account

7.1 What do I do if I forget my password?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the "Sign In" page, we will send you an email with a link to reset your password.


8. Customs, Duties and Taxes

8.1 What's the Condition & Terms when it comes to customs, duties and taxes?

  • Purchased goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country or state.
  • The recipient specified on the delivery address may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient specified on the delivery address.
  • You will also be responsible for the consequence caused by the failure to pay for charges or fees mentioned above.
  • EverMarker has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • It is the responsibility of the recipient to contact their local customs office for more information.
  • When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond EverMark’s original delivery estimates.
